Nick brings an incredible attention to detail and commitment to delivering great results. He's very communicative, talks you through the process, outlines possible challenges ahead of time and is great to work with. We used him in the past several years ago at another home and needed a full floor to roof soft-washing on not just walls, windows and railings but also concrete stained with discoloration and algae from lots of lingering moisture. Nick did a great job working with us on a reasonable cost and stuck around for a very long day even when slowed down by unforeseen drainage issues to make sure everything looked great and that we were happy. Nick did an amazing job at our house. The steps & front porch were so stained from our potted plants that I never thought it would look nice again. But, Nick did it! I couldn’t be happier with the results!! He also cleaned the stucco on the house in the areas around the porch. Wow!! Truly impressive! He a nice guy, very honest & hard working. We’ll have him tackle other areas around our house now that we know the quality of his work.
