We had a waterline leak at Emporium Hardwoods in the office. Newell's response was quick. The knowledgeable techs were very courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the work they did and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Newell's has completed a variety of services since we bought our house in Saint Marys. Steve has been great to work with and is extremely prompt and knowledgeable. His guys were on site within a few hours when we had a sewer backup recently. I highly recommend.

My furnace stopped working and I called and had a worker show up within the hour. They were able to find the problem quickly and found there was some debris stuck in one part. They cleaned this out and tested the furnace and it is now working properly. I was very happy with how professional the worker was and am happy with the outcome. I recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises. Thank you!
