Newfield Granite & Marble

I purchased a home about 3 yrs ago. I gutted the kitchen than had a crew to install the new kitchen and they worked with Newfield & granite so I opted to go with. Steve the son came out the 1st time and was not to personable. Things weren't ready for him to take measurements and was a little upset about wasted time. I get it. But I live 10 minutes from the store. Well everything was taken care of. Needless to say not a very large selection of granite. Living on a budget i could not purchase a vent at the time. I recently called them at least 5 times for them to come out and give advice, purchase and have them install the vent. They promised to come out 3 wks in and still waiting and no show from them. I spent a substantial amount of money for my kitchen from them.Maybe they won't make muc

We had a great experience with Newfield Granite and Marble. We called and someone came out within a day. Communication, turn around time, and install were all great. We couldn't be happier.

This is the place to go….. just got my kitchen done and needed a good quality quartz countertop and they definitely did have a variety of them. The quality is amazing and not to mention their service. Very professional and have great staff. They are very quick and efficient in what they do. I would definitely hire them again.

This has truly been an awful experience with this contractor and too many issues to list. In the beginning, we assumed that we were conversing with the owner (Ed) via email, but learned from employees some of them were using an account with his name and he does not use a computer. Ed fired a ‘Manager’ that allegedly left customers ghosted and files missing (we were supposedly one of them). He didn’t know who we were after being there multiple times in a matter of a few weeks and speaking to him directly. Our experience has been complete lack of communication. Scheduling seems to be a very fluid issue with poor communication, last minute contact, and we were told by employees that “no one knows what is going on”.
