Hands down Steve and his team transformed my back yard into an oasis. we trusted him to free form a pond and he created a two tier waterfall with an AMAZING filtration system that keeps our water CRYSTAL clear. We are very disappointed with this company. We spent over $20,000 on a pond project, and once the work was completed, the owner completely disappeared. Our pond is only one year old, and problems have already started. Since he built it, we trusted he would be the right person to contact but he has never answered calls, texts, or emails. For such a large investment, we expected professionalism, accountability, and ongoing support. Instead, we were left on our own with no communication or follow-up. Very unprofessional and very disappointing experience.
