My experience with New South Windows (NSW) was a nightmare. My project that I was told would take 2.5-3 weeks lasted over 6 months. It took them 5 attempts to replace the windows on either side of my front door. 5 of the windows delivered to my house were improperly manufactured. They didn’t have all the pilot holes in the upper frame. NSW’s subcontractor installers installed them anyway. This resulted in a failed inspection for improper spacing of the attaching screws. The workmanship of the installers was awful. Screws were not tightened, some had the head sheared off. They installed screws into a thin section with missing pilot holes cracking the frame.
