NewSouth Window Solutions

We needed windows since our 1972 single panes were failing. Bob Griffis was most helpful from ordering to installation was approx 12 weeks. They are not inexpensive but when we added the lower priced windows and what shutters would cost, these windows were excellent quality, made in the USA and have a lifetime warranty. We might be 80 by the time they are paid off….. lol Patrick Grace has been here twice, customer service is outstanding. Francisco and the crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I can now see out my windows. Love them!!

Horrible customer service. Once you sign the contract they do not pick up the phone. I had changed my mind on type of glass and left my sales rep Charles Westbrooks a message. He would only text causing miscommunication. Now they want me to pay for it. I asked for a manager to call me and nothing. I expect to be treated like a customer. I had planned on buying a door from them but will look for other options now. Also will not recommend this company to any of my friends or clients.

We had set up 3 appointments in April 2022 with different window companies and NewSouth is the only one that brought samples. Other two companies were lower in price but wait times were 10-18 months and NewSouth was 8-12 weeks and our Sales Rep Bob G. said it would probably be on the higher end of the timeline. I was surprised when Sandra called to schedule at end of June which was 8 weeks from contract signed. Installer To y and his crew did a great job. Unfortunately for them it took separate days cause they had to tend with rain and 100+ degree days. They cleaned up and hauled old windows and shutters away. Every aspect of New South Window Solutions was excellent. Great sales and education on replacement windows. Timely measurements and instructions for installation. Installation was a breeze, handled with a minimal amount of disruption. And the installers cleaned up after themselves! Fast, efficient set up for city inspection. Finish trim work install was just as straightforward and easy as everything else. These folks are professionals! Polite, service oriented with an outstanding product. American made windows are not inexpensive. They are worth it! I highly recommend New South!

Excellent service and install! I was educated in the whole process of removal and installation of these hurricane windows. It is quite an experience and you have to wait until the process is complete to even begin to question it! A little like watching a surgery and worrying about the healing..... its a process that is beautiful at completion!
