Our wonderful experience started out with Justin (salesperson) he was attentive, courteous and excelled at working with our needs for new windows in our home. Since I have sold windows in the past as a profession I have a higher standard than most people might. Let me just say New South exceeded my standards! The installers were very nice, prompt in their arrival, and very conscientious of mitigating dust and debris around our home during the install. They took extra care to clean up as they went and didn’t leave unnecessary debris lying around for longer than needed, since we have 2 dogs it was wonderful to not have to worry about that issue. A+ experience!

Neil Vota was an excellent and knowledgeable sales representative. I now know more about sliding doors than I thought possible. I highly recommend him and his company. Harry the measure tech was just here measuring for my 5 new sliding doors. He was on time, friendly, neat and knowledgeable. He addressed all my concerns and questions with acceptable and easy to understand answers. If the installers are as good as he is I will be one happy customer.

If there were more than 5 stars, Harry would get them all — and probably measure them perfectly, too! Harry came out to measure my windows, and I’ve got to say — this man treats a tape measure like a precision instrument. He was on time, professional, and somehow made window measuring actually interesting (which I didn’t think was possible). He double-checked every number like a math teacher grading his own test and explained everything in plain English. You can tell he really knows his stuff — no guessing, no rushing, just pure skill and attention to detail. He even managed to be funny while working, which made the whole appointment surprisingly enjoyable.
