I had a sewerage back up in October 2024. I called Newton Fire and Flood. They came out immediately, within a couple of hours they had multiple blowers and dehumidifiers in my house. That was not all, we had an extensive insurance claim. Which wound up being a new bathroom, new kitchen, new hardwood floors and refinishing, along with painting the whole first floor of our house. After we had a broken pipe from a neighbor upstairs in our unit, Philip showed up with his team he even brought coffee and a soda for my son. His crew was extremely professional and got rid of the water in no time at all by setting up a whole bunch of commercial equipment. They were able to dry out our home without the need of opening up any walls they even got it, tested for quality assurance to make sure that we wouldn’t have any issues with mold down the line.

I had such a great experience with this company. Let me walk you through the process. I had a burst pipe Phillip and his team showed up within one hour after I called him. They got rid of all of the mess set up enough equipment to dry out the area even had a Testing company come to double check that there was no other damage material. He was extremely thorough and he went through insuranceand made the process completely seamless.

Philip was amazing! Our water heater flooded at night, leaking over 100 gallons of water into the basement — it honestly felt like a swimming pool down there. Phil and his crew showed up around midnight and immediately took charge. They were extremely helpful, walked us through the entire process from start to finish, and even met with our insurance adjuster to make things easier for us.
