I had a great experience with NexGen Roofing, working directly with Vince. I’m a homeowner dealing with a roof leak, and Vince came out personally to assess the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what needed to be done. He got me on the schedule the same week and even came back out himself to complete the work. The quality of his work was excellent, and he also took care of some additional maintenance while he was there. The quote was fair and transparent with no pressure, no upselling. My experience with NexGen roofing was amazing ! I needed a small portion of my roof repaired due to a tree unexpectedly falling on my home. David worked with the price that my homeowners insurance were offering, he was very direct, professional and his team knocked out the process in a timely manner. No complaints.
Nexgen was fantastic and professional during my roof inspection. David was clear , concise and kind with reviewing the results together. Took several pictures confirming the true conditions as well.
