Absolutely superb patch & repair job on a rather delicate concrete tile roof. Sam and his team succeeded where others failed to even show. After being given the run around and non-committal responses from other companies, I thankfully found NextGen. Sam responded in a timely manner and was able to successfully complete the repairs within a few days of being contacted. The work was not only better than expected, but honestly even better than I was hoping for...tiles blended right in. After multiple issues over the last 6 years with our new home we learned the roofing contractor used for our new home was sloppy and inexperienced to say the least. We recently had Samuel and his team (Travis & Samantha) repair our cinderblock chimney, which had been causing water to leak into our living room. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, thorough, and professional. They took the time to scrape off all the old paint, sand the entire chimney, and grind out any loose grout between the cinder blocks to make sure everything was solid and secure. After that, they applied new grout across the whole surface and made sure everything was completely resealed and water-tight. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and the pride they took in their work. We had a tree branch come through the roof of our well house. Sam was out the day we called him to take a look and the repair was completed a few days later. Amazing roofing company Sam’s company, NextGen, is the best! We recently had our 30 year roof redone and Sam was extremely responsive and helpful with his quote, as well as providing color samples and alternate suggestions. He and his crew were all so kind and considerate, always double checking for fallen nails and using leaf blowers to get rid of saw dust. They were willing to stay late and come extra days to get the work done in a timely manner. When there was some surprise wood rotten out underneath the shingles and siding, he brought in his framing guy to fix it asap. The work was done beautifully and Sam and his whole crew were extremely kind and hard working. The work was very close to budget, which is always a great thing. My husband could not be happier!
