The entire process of ordering and installing a new front door and sliding back door was quick and efficient. Randy, the installer/finisher, was extremely professional and great to work with.

The sales rep, Nick was very helpful. The installer, Randy seemingly did a very good job. Despite this, my brand new $6000+ bay window lost shingles within 2 weeks of installation and I'm unable to get any sort of resolution. The phone number listed on Google is disconnected. Nick's business card simply goes to a voicemail box for 2 other people (?), who can't be bothered to call me back. Calling the installer resulted in yet another ghosting. I was ready to proceed with having Nextgen replace the other windows in my house, but now I think I'll have to stay far, far away if this is what I can expect. Quick to make a sale but lacks any follow up. We were sold on the willingness to service the door for any future needs but have been ghosted with issues. The door wasn’t hung properly or adjusted correctly because of poor training for employees. Now our door catches on the frame and must be pulled forcefully to close, shaking the adjacent walls.

Windows are nice. Had an installation trainee with them at the time. One of two double hung windows in bedroom is hung with less of a ledge. Was told it was because of the window frame. So here it is, 16 years later and the exterior trim is losing its white coating (has been for about 10 years) and now one of the night locks on my dining room window has broken. Called Nexgen, explained the problem, and someone was out 2 days later. Didn't have the correct size replacement, he said I'll go to the warehouse and see what I can find. That was approximately 2 months ago. I have called twice and left messages on their answering machine but have not received a return phone call. I need to replace 5 more windows in my house, going to an Anderson installer this time.

The crew was on time, efficient and good to work with. Window install went smoothly and efficiently. 15 windows were installed in 8 hours and all the old window debris was removed. The windows are very nice. A few screens had to be replaced due to minor damage and it was done that day. One custom screen had to be re ordered. Some of our windows were ordered in clay and they used a white aluminum wrap on the old frames instead of the clay color matching the windows. The owner Mark called me and said they would be sending someone to replace the wrap in the proper color. Nick came over within the hour took some photo’s and again stated the color wrap would be changed. I would definitely recommend Nexgen to others.
