We recently had a new garage door installed by Next Door, Inc. Rich and his guys did a fantastic job. We considered several garage door dealers offering several brands of doors. Every contact we had with Next Door was positive. We needed some structural alterations done as we were going with a larger door. Through Rich we were able to find a small local contractor to do the job, and they did a great job, as well. This project could not have gone any better. Next Door offers a great product at a fair price and is very easy to work with. We highly recommend them for garage door work. Thanks Rich!

We used Next Door to replace our garage door after a bad summer storm and some hail damage. They came out for a quote and were honest and fair about their pricing. They told us they had a higher quote then perhaps other companies that might give us a cheaper (and not as well made) product, but that their service included new tracks, new springs, etc, and not just the door. We found that their pricing was completely reasonable for this all-inclusive service, and wanted the better product. They completed their work in under 3 hours, and the new garage door looks great. While we only got a basic model, it's still 3 times better then the door that was on our house to begin with, and I feel confident it was installed expertly. I definitely recommend this company!

RICH and his co worker came out only a few hours after I called the office. They were punctual, professional and very easy to work with. They replaced both springs, rollers and cables and changed out a couple old brackets that needed upgrading. He greased every wheel and roller and completed the job in 45 minutes. I'm very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone. I know who I'm calling the next time I need service! Well done!

Our second time using Next Door, and once again, they did a fabulous job. They were able to come out right away and fix our door, getting it up and running again and doing some routine maintenance while here. All at an extremely affordable price. Ray is awesome, super friendly and explains everything. I sometimes get nervous if I'm home alone when we have repairs going on (I watch too many crime shows), but Ray is great and I'm always comfortable with him here. Highly recommend Next Door for quality work at a great price!

As the owner of Ace Handyman Services Fox Valley, we get a lot of requests for work on garage doors. As a Handyman Service we don't service garage doors and up until now didn't have a good referral for customers. This morning my garage door spring broke and with in a couple of hours of the initial call to Lena in the office, Dallas their technician was at my house and quickly, expertly and cleanly replaced the springs, the cables and then checked the opener for any issues. He greased the tracks and rollers and was done. I am very happy with Next Door! I cannot say more good stuff about Next Door and their level of service and attention to customer satisfaction.
