Next Generation Heating and Air

They r the BEST!! They have saved me multiple times, including this morning. They r always so kind, smart, and incredibly talented! They r great with dogs in the home too! Its so hard to find hvac people who r good with older homes, like mine is a 1929 tudor with crazy retrofitted ductwork. They came in a said they could have run this duct here, and given u so much more headroom, etc. Genuine, nice, super talented family run business that I know I can count on and trust completely 🧡

I only use next generation heating and air because of the customer service and because of the quality of product that I get they're very quick and responsive very friendly and supportive. Excellent service.

We just moved to SLC last year and have been using Next Gen to service our heating and cooling system in the spring and fall. They are friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Our air conditioning stopped working and I called late in the day in a panic (it was 96 degrees outside!) and they were able to get us on their schedule the next day. They were able to diagnose our issue quickly and get it repaired right away, again with friendly and professional service. Great communication as well! Thank you Next Gen - would definitely recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

The technician fixed the problem and told me it will be $900.00. When I complained that they fixed the same problem in my other residence and it was less than $200.00. He said ok give me $385.00. It seemed it was a rip off. I won’t contact them anymore. I made a big mistake.

I can’t say enough about how awesome Nextgen is. Aaron and Adam have helped me a few times over the years on my older home and a rental property and they are simply awesome to work with. Today we had an issue with our furnace that I couldn’t resolve and Aaron came out quickly and we are up and running again. Thank you guys for always being there. Definitely recommend. 6/5 stars.
