As a former teacher, Russell has a very welcoming personality with a lot of patience. Russell was punctual, meticulous, and very insightful during the home inspection. Especially as a first time home buyer, Russell explained everything as simple as possible answering any questions along the way. The inspection report was received the next day. The report was also neatly outlined and color coded highlighting the areas that need repairs, upgrades, or monitoring. Russell even provided useful recommendations and advice for going about the repairs.
