Matt did an excellent job and his communication was constant. I had some minor cosmetic damage to my bumper in which caliber collision estimated the total to be over 4k (insanity). I luckily found Next Level Customs via yelp and took a chance even though the reviews were few and far between. He instantly reached out when I sent out a quote to multiple shops in Nashville and also provided his personal phone number so there was no waiting to hear back. He gave me an estimate that was about 3k cheaper than what caliber had given simply because he isn't in the business of screwing people over. Unlike Caliber, he found used parts in great condition for pennies on the dollar, he also repainted a replacement bumper for me so it would match my car.
