John came and did a free estimate, explained all of the different options (with pros/cons), and provided all the necessary certificates of insurance and permits. The work was scheduled and completed extremely quickly once the agreement was signed. His crew worked very efficiently, did a great job on the roof and the interior, and left the jobsites clean. John followed up to make sure all the work was satisfactory to us and to his own quality standards and was even able to give us before, during, and after photos of the entire roofing project.
