I contacted Next Step yesterday because my furnace stopped working. I was referred from a friend and contacted them. They came out the same day and were able to figure out the issue pretty fast. The price was very reasonable and mentioned that my system even though a little old it was in good shape. I highly recommend this company. They are easy going and looking to resolve quickly.

Boris and his team went above & beyond on a very complicated project to replace my aging/very inefficient HVAC system with a Bosch cold-climate heat pump. He came back several times to make sure everything was working properly and made time to explain how to properly operate this advanced system. The folks at Next Step are easily the most knowledgeable and trustworthy installers I've met, which is saying a lot after a wide range of experiences (mostly bad) with other companies in the area.
