Nextday Cabinets

Very bad customer service they promised us warranty. We go back. There is no such thing as warranty that Cabinet is very bad quality very cheap all chipped. Hinge is broken. Nobody is there to get give us any service very easy. Everything breaks in like a couple months.

The receptionist was nice, but the shipping guy was a piece of work. Rang the bell in shipping, and he told me not to ring it. He gave me attitude after waiting a couple of minutes. I was just trying to let them know I was out there. After I helped take a cabinet out of my car for exchange, he wouldn't help bring my new one into my car until I told him off. Their cabinets are decent, but the service in shipping is poor

This will be my third year of having my kitchen remolded. I had Forever Mark cabinets installed. They looked beautiful for 8 months then you could see that some of the doors were starting to warp. So I contacted the place where we purchased them and they reached out to the supplier.(Next Day Cabinets) They told me it was the hinges and that I needed to play with them and that would fix the issue. I already tried but I then reached out to my installer and he tried and that was not the issue. I was then asked for pictures and videos but that still took almost a year before anything happened. Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had. The 2 girls working in the office seem to be catatonic.They actually act like it's depressing being there.There is no communication whatsoever with the warehouse. Next day!? How about next month cabinets!? Not only is the staff constantly on their phones while people are waiting but will speak Ukrainian in front of someone who clearly doesn't speak that language making it even more bizarre! It's almost like stepping into a third world country here. Got cabinets and they were completely broken and WILL NOT refund! This place is low end and if you go here I PROMISE you will regret it!

I recently had my kitchen remodel and had an opportunity to work with Guven. He was great to work with, and very patient. He was also able to make suggestions on the design and what size/type of cabinet will look good for certain areas. Very happy with his service, though some cabinets needed to be replaced due to construction flaws.
