Great experience with them. No issues, they were on time and did fast and quality work. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely using Nexterior Construction for future projects.

The crew was very rude and disrespectful to my house. I asked them to wear shoe covers and there is even a note on my door that states it clearly and they were caught not wearing them when I wasnt present and came back. First time ever getting windows installed they did not cover my belongings or tell me too and in result there was white debris and dust all over my new furniture and flat screen tv. I asked them did I need to move things they said No. I came back into my home they moved a large mirror and I specifically told them do not move anything we will before they get started. They left dirt all over my walls after the job and of course all of the debris and dust on my furniture and clean clothes. They were using a dirty shop vac that is in the pictures to try and vacuum the debris o

Horrible work, the crews are rude, crude and destructive! They broke our bedroom window in our apartment at Country Club Apts in Lincoln, didn't say anything about it, left the glass on the ground and just kept working. The next day, they destroyed an electrical box that feeds 12 air conditioning units on the roof and we lost our air conditioning for 8 hours in 92 degree heat.....again, didn't say anything about it. We called the emergency HVAC contactor and he was appalled at the destruction that they did to the 220v box and just left it...he said it could have started a fire. Called Nexterior and left a message and no response. DO NOT HIRE THIS OUTFIT!

Mr. Kevin Kock is not only an amazing business owner but, an amazing contribution to Omaha. Unfortunately I did not do business with Nexterior but I quickly found out about the character and integrity of the company and owner ! I was stranded and needed a jump for my car 🚘. Kevin offered to help and taught me a few things about vehicle battery maintenance! Thank you so much for your help! I hope this review sends in more business!!!!!!

Great company who works with your insurance company to help you get the maximum allowable repairs in an expedient manner. Example: After our adjustor finished his assessment, Spencer worked to have them cover new insulation under our (new) siding, too! The staff have great communication with the client throughout the process, and they promptly schedule the work. Can't recommend them highly enough. Their workers have integrity for their craft, and incredibly hard working. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
