Good evening NeXtGen Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the recent pest control service. As stated in my previous emails, the service technicians routinely leave a service card without including their name. This makes it impossible to know who performed the service or what actions were taken during the visit. This ongoing issue remains unresolved. More concerning, during the most recent service visit, the technician left an open bug trap containing insects on my kitchen counter. This is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and frankly disgusting. Leaving something like this in a living space is beyond unprofessional. Next GEN is amazing! We were saved by John the owner ! We had no idea the yellow jackets flying into the little hole in our wall would be such a nightmare. We covered the hole and they swarmed our attic. John came that day when nobody else would! He came backout multiple times to make sure that we were taken care of. He went above and beyond our agreement. We are extremely grateful and we would recommend him to anyone. He is professional, respectful and kind he actually cared about what we were dealing with. Randy was very nice! He thoroughly explained everything to make sure i understood the entire process. He pulled the fridge and stove back to check for pest and he sprayed. He sprayed every cabinet and every inch of my place. I hired nextgen because my apartment complex pest control did nothing. I highly recommend Nextgen! Very professional

Ty serviced the feed traps today. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed the decrease of chipmunks in my yard and possible increase in Joro spiders (sp) this year. Thank you for your help.
