I had the unfortunate circumstances of bringing bed bugs into my apartment, jut NextGen was amazing. I called at 9 am and the technician Joshua was there by 12, and finished with my 3 bedroom apartment and car before 230! He was able to walk me through the process, expectations, and time frames of everything. He notified me as soon as treatment was completed and followed up to make sure no additional questioned needed answered. Amazing service from every level of encounter. Would use and recommend again (although hopefully would not need to)!
