I recently hired Alex, owner of Next Gen Pro Build LLC, to remove walls and open up my den into my living room, which included having to match the existing flooring into the new space which was a challenge but it looks incredible! He also painted and installed new doors in my hallway, and everything was done with incredible attention to detail and professionalism. He advertises as a handyman, but he is a licensed general contractor who is fully qualified to handle extensive remodel work. His craftsmanship, reliability, and pride in his work truly shows in the finished project. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. Alex came to my house with all of his equipment to fix my broken recliner. It's as good as new now! He also fixed my husband's recliner! I am very pleased with his work and will be calling him the next time I need anything repaired.

Alex showed up on time, did everything that I asked and did it well. He replaced 5 smoke detectors, tightened a doorknob, replaced a bulb that was high up over a staircase, and secured an attic exhaust vent pipe to the vent in the roof. So odds and ends but everything done well and efficiently. Thank you, Alex.

We highly recommend Alex! He was great to work with, and very skilled and attentive to detail. He was communicative, arrived on time, and was a good listener which helped ensure we were happy with the result. We hired him to help with a handful of handyman tasks (repairing popped nails, regrouting bathroom backsplash, recaulking/repairing trim, etc.), which could seem like a small or unimportant job, but he treated us as valued customers. He event went above and beyond repairing additional dings or damaged spots he noticed while doing his work. One other thing that stood out was his tidiness - he was very conscientious about cleaning up after himself when the work was done each day, which was much appreciated. We look forward to working with him again!
