NextGen Restoration

So we moved into our first home last year and of course we ended up having a roof leak- well more like a leak from our hvac flue- located on the roof. We had two options-Our home insurance agent recommended someone and he didn’t know what the heck he was doing and the hvac was out of his area of expertise. So our other option came from on a flyer that was left at our front door. Like a typical new homeowner - we expect the worst, and most expensive quote. So we called NextGen Restoration (the people on the flyer) and they came out and was able to help. They gave us a reasonable quote and before and after pictures. From the start he was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative! He took the time to explain everything clearly for me and his attention to detail gave me confidence in the process. NextGen they did great job above and beyond. Including site managers, support teams, our roof and gutter teams of course office teams so many names i did not remember they did awesome job. It was so difficult dealing with state farm but NextGen team they did fight for us and we did win after took 1.5 years.
