Gayle at dispatch was incredibly kind and immediately prioritized us the moment she heard we had live exposed wires. Paul and Cole showed up in 20 minutes — twenty! — diagnosed everything on the spot, explained it clearly, and were honestly just a blast to have around. We brought in John the plumber for a leak and he was just as fast, just as great. I liked them all so much I signed up for their inspection subscription before they even left. When they needed extra parts, I'll admit I thought here we go, they're gone forever. Nope. They stayed. Christian arrived in a flash, installed everything so quickly I barely noticed, and just like that, every single thing was handled, same day, one visit. Gayle. Paul. Cole. John. Christian. Every person was phenomenal. NH Ross has a customer for life.

Dan G did a check of the heating unit and did the maintenance needed. He also checked my carbon monoxide alarm and saw that it expired. I ordered two more. He suggested I put one where I sleep. He does a very good job of explaining the unit and what may need to be done next. Thank you Dan. Dan G did a great job. He explained the issue with the AC thoroughly. Very knowledgeable. He was patient professional and friendly. He put a temporary fix. In place. Brian and Rob came today to install the new AC unit. They were extremely professional. They explained what they were doing and what was done very clearly. They took good care of the house putting down the cloths on the floor. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend NH Ross!

Great experience with Mike F. I had called several plumbers and couldn’t get a response, but they got back to me right away and scheduled service quickly. Mike repaired my bathtub faucet and sink efficiently, and everything was completed the same day. Professional, reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

Dan provided excellent service from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional and punctual, and was incredibly knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was how thorough he was, and how clearly he explained everything to me — I have zero concept of HVAC systems, and he made it easy to understand without making me feel confused or judged. Dan was also very sweet and authentically passionate about his work. You can tell he truly cares and is doing this from the heart.
