NHID Parking

This parking deck did not have signage and gave me a citation. I tried to call to dispute/explain the issue, and the operator (Ari) threatened me and then hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed and feel this type of service/company will negatively impact the small businesses working hard in the innovation district.

It’s ironic that the tickets for not scanning a QR code have time stamped photos.. proving that a vehicle was there at the “free, short term parking” for less than 3 hours, but still getting fined $35

No place for residential parking. Selectively enforced parking regulations. If you plan on living in one of the attached buildings, plan to be disappointed with this set up.

Same issue as most people here. Parked two hours on a weekend. No signs about regeneration or paying or payment kiosk. This is very deceiving and will never vist any of these vendors again. They need to speak up about this abuse and deception against there patrons.

DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE. I received 5 separate citations weeks after having used the garage for yoga classes. I parked in the short term parking area and complied with the under 3 hours time limit. This is proven from the pictures on the citations, showing what time my vehicle entered and exited. There were no obvious signs indicating that I had to pay or register my vehicle. I tried to dispute and was denied for all 5 citations. I honestly don’t know where else to park to frequent the businesses attached to the garage, so unfortunately I will have to avoid this area in the future.
