Lavina is decent but Diampro Vacuums are garbage, don’t waste your time or money on this company, they screw you around and try to get the most money out of you for repairs…. Even if it’s under “Warranty” talk about a crooked company. Don’t do business with these people.

Just spent over $4000, on My Lavina 30GX. And didn't notice till we got to the job site my fiberglass skirt was broken. I called the sales rep Alex, and they will not answer my calls! I've tried over 10 times literally. And to no avail. Honestly my machine looks the same as it did before the cracked dust skirt and I can't see how they took $3000 for this job? My Lavina V-25-115 was $1100 to change filter and I am yet to test it with the Polisher... Beware people! We work hard for our money! Really hard! And we trust that these bigger named brand service techs will look out for but not so!. I will eat it up but know better next time!

Been using Niagara for years, Kyle is the best rep out there. Always answers quickly and has actual install knowledge for when I run into a situation I need assistance on. Don't hesitate to give them a chance.
