Niagara Pools & Spas Service Department

We wanted to wait until opening the pool this year to leave an accurate review. We started our pool build in late August and finished in October, which didn’t bother us, timeline was expected. Sales guy (Andy) sold you a dream, promised the world. Said they do custom work repeated throughout the process. What we asked for, was not delivered. Most disappointing is that our depths are not what we asked for. During the entire process there were several instances of miscommunication from the Niagara. There was no schedule, they hardly gave notice when showing up. I feel like I needed to follow up with them regularly. Paperwork was hardly explained. I bought my jacuzzi 7-8 years ago from the Bristol store that closed and John the technician was here from time it was installed my jacuzzi to just the other day needing a part replaced. John is amazing man very knowledgeable and cares about his customers hands down one of the best!!! The only issue is when you call into the store there are a few employees that aren't very nice

I recently purchased an above ground pool from Niagara Pools, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Louise Biondi was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. She guided me through the entire process and provided me with all the necessary contractor contacts to ensure a smooth installation. Louise was always available to answer my (many!) questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. Even now, she continues to be a huge help every time I visit the store. The entire staff at the Turnersville location is equally helpful and knowledgeable—they’re always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. If you’re in the market for a pool or hot tub, do yourself a favor and give Louise a call. She’s truly an asset to Niagara Pools, and I couldn’t have made

O NOT USE Niagara pools!!!!! DO NOT RISK YOUR EXPERIENCE AND MONEY ON THESE FOLKS Update 04/30 Ken WHO the owner and very rude, hostile, lied to the BBB and has no customer first approach or willingness to work with his own warrentees. Our pool was built July 2020 which means we have a liner warrentee until July 2025. For install or defect. Ken is refusing to fix the 7/8 liner wrinkles in the bottom of our shallow end by the seam! NO INTEGRITY! Update 04/04 after a very rude, disrespectful and lack of standing by thier work. I was promised with in a week by the owner to receive in writting the warranty on the liner and the instillation guildlines. That was a month ago. My problem is with the store in Bristol, Pennsylvania that closed down not too long after my issue happened. The cashier claimed I threw money down on the counter and had a melt down over it. He started screaming at me and cursing at me. I couldn't believe someone could talk to a customer like that. I have never experienced anything like that before. There were witnesses to that, other employees. I hope he got fired after that, because that was the right thing to have been done.
