Tremendous company! From the showroom to the employees they take care of you from start to finish. The showroom makes it easy to pick materials (other than having too many options to narrow down ;). Abigail was quick to answer our questions and get back to us promptly. They use high-end waterproofing materials and most importantly, they show up when they say they will! Their tile installers (Jimmy) and plumber (Hunter) were meticulous in their work. They will schedule a time to come back and finish the grout once it has time to settle and breathe. They care about their work and your happiness. The job isn’t over when they receive the final payment. They will come back and make sure you are happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We worked with Abbie to do an almost complete remodel, including floors (both tile and wood), baths and backsplashes. She was fantastic, especially since a lot of the communication occurred long distance. She had a great team assembled as well. We highly recommend working with her.

The Niceville Design Studio's team helped my family quickly resolve both a small-scale floor board buckling issue and a large scale reinstall project. Both stemmed from my (ignorant) acceptance of a floating-over-hardwood initial install 2.5 years ago due to a military move timeline. Their team removed and preserved our intact engineered flooring, removed the underlayment and old hardwood while mitigating light mold, resurfaced the concrete base, advised us on extra moisture prevention measures, and successfully reinstalled 1200 square feet of floors in about six working days. This included working on a Saturday to enable our quality of life, allowing me to take my own cost-saving measures, and doing all of the above with transparency and candor.
