I spoke to Mark from Niceville Fence to request a fence repair quote. He provided me with great customer service and efficiently provided me with all the information needed. The crew came out to repair the fence in a timely fashion and the wobbly fence is now secure and the broken post/boards have been replaced. This is an excellent company with an impeccable work ethic. I highly recommend them.

This company lives up to all of the negative comments. Complete WASTE of time!! I called and talked to Mark (the most unprofessional person I’ve come across—rude, lies, etc.) We established a date and time he would be by to look at my job, and of course, I take off from work to be there and he is a no-show, no call. When I finally get in touch with him, we reschedule. Naturally, the new date/time rolls around and he’s not there. I call him again and he said he can be there within the hour—already 30 minutes late by that point. He shows up, and the entire time is spent with me convincing him what I want to do at MY house, and not what he thinks should be done. We recently called Niceville Fence to replace the aluminum railing on our retention wall. We are building a pool and must have taller railings. They have come out several times in order to estimate the cost. It has been 2 months now. Despite repeated calls to them, we still don't have an estimate. They are unreliable. We are now working with Aluminum Building Systems in Niceville. I suggest you try them instead!

Had a new aluminum fence installed. Great experience. Mark met with me and explored options. His install team was on-time, worked closely with me during the install to ensure the end result was exactly what I wanted (we ended up shortening a section in real-time to improve the look and function!). Can't recommend Niceville fence any more strongly!
