Nichelle Cleaning Service LLC

The property development business that I manage had bought a restaurant building after the previous owners went out of business. Before finding a tenant, the place had to look presentable. The inside of the building was very dirty and the kitchen floors had old dry grease. We were originally attracted to Nichelle Cleaning Service due to the highly competitive pricing, and after the job was done, we were not disappointed! My boss and I were very pleased with their quality of cleaning and attention to detail. Now, we use their cleaning service at our office building.

Nichelle did a descent clean for her price. I just won’t use her again because the first appointment she was 1hour & 45 min late. The second appointment was scheduled a month out & she confirmed the day before and on the day of the appointment she didn’t call or show up. When I text her she said she totally forgot. After my husband & I rearranged our schedules to be home for her to come. Wasted time…Very disappointed.
