This company came highly recommended (to us) because they are a local company; however, this company was very poor at returning calls when I inquired about an estimate. It literally took weeks, so I called again. When my call was returned, I began to communicate via text and email with Kim about scope of work and getting someone out to take a look and provide an estimate. Not once did she ever call and/or text when she said she would do so. I had to "hound" her to get her to reply and follow through, and still I could not get anyone out to our property for an estimate. We wanted to support a local business, but it is clear this company has no respect for me and/or my time...Very unprofessional and very disappointed...

Do not trust this company. I had very significant paver work done in Spring 2017 on my new home in Spring Lake NJ (driveway/patio). We agreed that some additional work that we paid for would be postponed until that fall. When fall arrived I couldn't even get them to return my calls. To this date the work is not done and they are refusing to even consider doing the work we paid for. Additionally, a number of driveway pavers have come loose and only a few were repaired. I stupidly trusted them and am paying the price for it now. I literally have to hire a new company to fix what came loose and to do the additional work we paid for initially.

Quickly showed up at the house to estimate the job. Made verbal agreement for the work and price. Was told that the permit would be obtained in the next two days and the work would begin the following week. No show for the appointment. Called on the day and was given some excuse about being too busy. Rescheduled for a week later. No show for the appointment. Called on the day was told that I was called to cancel. My phone log indicates no calls except my call from the previous week. Checked with city public works department and no permit was obtained. These guys are not just unreliable but they are not honest.
