Been using Nicolas Pools for years and the 2 guys who came to do my pool open were awesome. They did a great job, checked everything and even put my cover away in my storage container for me knowing it was so heavy. Great service and job.

Nicholas Pools has been my only pool company from install 2013 to date. They have always come through. We had a new liner (self purchased) installed by them this season and they were competitive in price and excellent in service. Coordinator JoAnne was responsive, not just during operating hours, but also after hours, getting back in a prompt manner. William and Jose were knowledgeable during install and kept scheduled appointments during their busy season.

Nicholas Pools did complete my pool, but the overall experience was more stressful than I expected. There were frequent delays with the electric, plumbing, gas hookup, and other final steps, which caused the project to take much longer than planned. Communication was also challenging at times — I often had to follow up multiple times to get updates or clarity on scheduling. Because some of the subcontracted work wasn’t completed in a timely manner, I eventually had to bring in my own plumber to finish portions of the job. I also ended up handling parts of the permitting process myself to keep things moving. I believe the company means well, but the coordination and responsiveness throughout my project could have been much better. With improved communication and more reliable scheduling,

We had our pool put in by Nicholas pools right before the pandemic hit and it was finished in late May 2020. While there were some obstacles due to the pandemic, the pool was very well done and I am extremely pleased with the outcome! Over the past few years the customer service and butler pool service have been wonderful! I can’t say enough great things about Maddy, Sotiris and Nikki as well as the rest of the office and retail store staff. When we had a mysterious bug issue (tiny bugs that looks like a film of dirt on the surface of the pool) they went above and beyond to help to figure out what they were. Sotiris put me in touch with someone who told me exactly what they were- springtails. I had called a few other bug places and they had no idea what I was talking about. The weekl
