if I could rate zero, I would My dad called telling them that I would be getting there a little late to pick up a door, and he did get somebody to answer the phone after calling three times, and then proceeds to get off the phone with them. I got there a couple minutes before closing time, as they said they would be there still. Low and behold, they have closed the store early to prevent having to sell me anything Very upsetting to have been lied to over the phone, get there and everything be closed up. Little things like this represent honesty and character of a business

This company does not honor their policies when they sell a damaged product, Even when someone tries to explain a situation. The Manager feels the need to over talk someone and have an attitude. Telling the person that they have to listen to her and she was not going to listen to him.

Just ordered a new window and the lady helping us was so informative and nice. We were honestly clueless about what we wanted but she helped us narrow it down. Super helpful! We're replacing all the windows in our old home so we'll be back soon.

They carry just about every piece of a mobile home that you could imagine needing to fix or replace! That is very convenient. The prices are very reasonable as well. Plus, if something you bought turns out not to fit or work you can usually bring it back and swap out for the correct one as long as it isn't damaged.
