Hopefully, for your customers, your electricians work safer than they drive. Your guy blew a stop sign, swerving to make a left right right in front of me. Never seen such blatant aggression by a "professional".

They came out to install a Charge Point electrical charger. I still think the issue was the original charger wasn't working correctly from ChargePoint but they have been very inflexible in coming out to check it (trip charge + hourly charge) and high estimates for fixing (1 to 2 hours for 6 cables that already exist). They also drilled into my ChargePoint charger instead of having the right sized conduit to fit into the box.

I was sad when they drilled into my HVAC to install a light and would not cover the cost of repairing it. :(

I was so impressed with John, our electrician for this job. He worked with care and skill. Thank you.

Rick was professional, prompt, and explained the problem. We will be calling him for any further problems we have.
