The crew they sent to work on my house were very efficient. They also were very respectful. They put in a 12 hour day to assure that the cleanup was the best it could possibly be. Heard from a co-worker that Nickols did a fantastic job on his house. So I called them up for a Gutter estimate and Josh came over to check out my gutters. He was up front and honest about how to get the job done RIGHT. He addressed several concerns that I had and he also checked into a couple potential issues and told me how to take care of those. Nickols differentiated itself from the get go with attention to detail and a thoroughness that was in a class of its own. Our estimator Josh, was a great listener and answered every question we had in detail. He went above and beyond, by hand measuring the roof and trim. He went into our attic space to make sure all the soffits were unobstructed to provide good air flow. He also looked for potential trouble spots such as wood that showed signs of moisture intrusion.
