Nico Roofing for another win! We had storm damage summer of 2024 and Bogdan helped us with an estimate. The insurance company was very far away from the estimate and he helped provide pictures and evidence for us to take to the insurance company for the work that needed to be done that wasn’t in the adjusters estimate. Bogdan is very patient and helpful. It took over 1.5 years of me going back and forth with insurance. We had to pay a third party adjuster to fight insurance. He was always there for support and check in. Never pushy and always helpful. As soon as we got the green light they were scheduled and did the work quickly and went above and beyond expectations to ensure the house was sealed, insulated and siding up before the winter! Im so happy I hired this company to fix our roof. I only wish I had known of them before I did my siding project! We had a minor leak no other company was really interested in helping us to investigate and remedy. I had called about 8 different companies some of which didnt even bother to show up when I mentioned it wasnt an insurance covered job for full replacement. Bob came out and took a thorough look and provided us with several proposed solutions. He stopped by several times during the course of our job and we really enjoyed talking to him and getting to know him. It felt more like a friend was coming by which put us at ease after the bad experience we had with another companys work. Very experienced contractors - Bogdan and his team tackled a challenging job on my older home and did a great job. Project was to replace siding, fascia, trim, as well as perform some repairs, and now that build is sturdier than it was to begin with. I have worked with Nico several times now (previously on roofing), and (1) they fix the underlying issues the right way, instead of just patching over things, and (2) they stand behind their work with a solid warranty. I would certainly recommend.

I had a great experience this week with Bob from Nico Roofing. 1. I called needing a quotation for some roofing work, Bob returned message immediately and was on site the same day. 2. He provided a reasonable quote, checked his team's schedule and luckily his team was able to complete the work the next day. 3. They were very professional, timely and cleaned up after themselves. (sometimes contractors forget this part). I recommend based upon my experience!
