Their attention to detail was insane—I literally caught Enrique buffing the drilled hole for the lock right after Andrew drilled it. That’s quality over quantity at its finest! Andrew guided me and my brother through the entire process, explaining everything step by step and showing us exactly what was being done. I recently built a workshop and I needed two doors put on it. An 18 foot door in the front and a 6 foot door in the back. I called Andrew Nicolson to do the installation. He has repaired my old door previously so I have known him for a while. He came quickly and installed two beautiful doors. The front door has a new kind of opener that I was not familiar with. It can be controlled and monitored from anywhere using an app (myQ) on my phone! I liked the feature so much that he upgraded my old opener on my garage door to be myQ-compatible! I recently had my garage repaired by this company. The repair only lasted 3 days. The installer replaced parts that were not necessary to up charge. Replaced springs saying they were inadequate. He charged me 260.00 for the springs and 380.00 for the repair that only lasted three days. He would not honor his work. Lied to me several times times about coming back to fix it. I gave the old springs he took of my door because he said they were no good to my neighbor. But the garage guy wasn't aware of it. He installed those same springs on my neighbors door and they work just fine. But didn't know they were my old springs he claimed were bad. After calling and waiting for months for him to honor his work. I went on YouTube followed some steps and repaired the door myself with 4.00 dollar

Contacted Nicholson Garage Door and Gates about my garage door not working properly! They got out there and were able to fix it on the same day for a very reasonable price! Very reliable and quick! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Mr. Nicolson was very professional, timely, personable, and friendly. Communication was spot on. His helpers that finished up the installation were great as well. One out of two of the garage doors installed had a dent at the bottom of it, but no big deal... Mr. Nicolson got a replacement panel installed within a couple of days.
