We had the carpets in two large rooms steam cleaned. The results were good. I did not expect all of the stains to be completely eliminated as one carpet is a very light color, but they are as clean as possible. The cleaners were polite, efficient, informative and very pleasant. The company was very easy to contact and reliable.

I contacted Nightline Flooring after a basement water heater mishap, and they were absolutely fantastic at every step of the process. Don, Bonnie and the Jordans were so prompt, courteous and efficient, and Jordan and Jordan did a fantastic job with the repair! They replaced padding, re-stretched the carpet, and installed new baseboards. I’ll be recommending Nightline to anyone who needs flooring work in the future. Thank you all!!

Zach was so amazing and diligent! We had a terrible plumbing issue and our carpets were damaged and made them good as new! Will definitely use this service again in the future !

The crew was sent out in the morning when I had scheduled the work for the afternoon and it was rather over priced for the amount of work that was done ($300 for 2 bedrooms and a staircase under 45 mins). But given all that, the crew seemed to do a good job, customer service was great, and they came out under short notice.

They were very professional and helpful. Jordan and his coworker were thorough and explained everything.
