Great service. Lots of communication. I almost went with a cheaper option but after hearing other bad stories I’m glad I went this route and it it probably was more affordable overall. I moved a whole house from South Carolina to Florida.

My wife and I used Nilson to move up the east coast, and were very happy with the level of communication and the professional team. Our belongings were well packed where needed, and all of our items arrived undamaged. It was a very stress free process and our relocation manager Theresa was checking in every step of the way! Great experience. Nilson handled the local portion of moving a small amount of furniture from suburban Detroit to downtown Charleston. Jake and team arrived on time. He was friendly, professional, set up the furniture after moving it into the house carefully, and worked quickly. I would highly recommend Jake and Nilson for moving and I would utilize their services again.

While the process of moving can be traumatic, Karen Waters (estimator and first contact) and Theresa Barton (Relocation Coordinator) made the process smooth, seamless and anxiety free. Each explained in detail what would occur, how and when it would occur and with whom we would be interacting. Each of the individuals with whom we worked from initial contact, packing, loading and delivery were professional, thorough and courteous. Moving with Nilson was indeed very user friendly.
