Nilson Van & Storage

We have now moved 19 times, to places around the world. Nilson Van & Storage performed one of the best moves in our experience. They carefully handled our furniture and items. All items arrived intact with nothing missing. The packers and movers arrived exactly as scheduled. The teams were polite, professional and had great attitudes. If we move again, Nilson is the first moving company we will contact.

Nilson Moving (through National VanLines) received my belongings for another company to help me move into my new house. Darren was the crew leader and was excellent. The two other fellows who helped were also very nice to work with and took good care of my things. It was such a huge help. I wish there had been more time for the offloading but they did a great job and I recommend them very much.

I've never moved such a large move as this one or used a moving company but NILSON VAN was AMAZING!!! I had such a wonderful experience. They arrived on time, took great care of each of my furniture pieces, everything delivered in a timely manner without ANY issues. Joe and his teams in both state locations were professional, nice and did an amazing job wrapping everything up so it was protected and in the same shape arriving. Posting on behalf of Mrs. Castenfelt: Nilson Van and Storage did an amazing job! Courtney was very good at communicating and coordinating schedules. The driver, Sheldon, and his crew were terrific. They went above and beyond to make sure there was no damage to my home or my household goods. They were so easy to work with and were very accommodating to my requests. They were the best unloading/unpacking crew I have ever had!

Incredibly unprofessional moving experience. It took a five-person crew twelve hours to move out a two bedroom apartment on the third floor, and my wife and I carried many of the boxes to the moving truck. Our items were poorly packed, resulting in damages sustained to many of our belongings. The crew argued periodically throughout the day, and several of them left before the job was done. What is more, a crew member cut her finger during packing, and proceeded to bleed on nearly all of our dishware - a significant biohazard. Finally, when conducting the final inventory, the same crew member got ink stains on our leather couch, which a different crew member then annotated as damages already present. The general manager arrived at the end of the day to assist, which was the silver lining on
