Nisair Air Conditioning

My experience with Nisair has been the absolute worst. For context, I am not a new homeowner and have worked with other AC companies like Spectrum and Ranger with no issues. My general contractor was hired to do a home addition and contacted Nisair as the HVAC contractor. There were a number of delays in the project for issues with electrical and HVAC. Some of the delays were because Nisair did not come to finish what needed to be done to get clear to move on to the next step. Separate and apart from those issues less than 5 month into it and one of the Mini split stopped working. Nisair came out charged the service call to diagnose the issue and agreed to come back and change the control board covered under warranty and install surge protectors to prevent future issues. We received several quotes to install a new ac into a home we just purchased. Nisair gave us the best quote with the estimator-Bobby explaining his choice of units and answering a bunch of questions. Install day a crew of 3 showed up on time and ready to work. Brandon, Walter and Pasqual did a great job getting our A/C installed. They were very particular on the install including how the unit looked on the outside. It's nice to see employees who clearly take pride in the work they do. Before leaving, the new system was explained to us along with maintenance to get the most out of our unit. Highly recommend this company.

Justin and Jimmy arrived this morning right on time. They gave me very accurate estimates of the time they would need to get everything done. I also had a crane in to put in the roof unit. They were polite, cleaned after themselves, got everything done when they said I would and my very WARM house is now firing on all cylinders. I would recommend NisAir time and time again.

Abu, Cue and Orlando came out early this morning to replace our Air Conditioning System. They lay down tarps to keep the carpet clean and finished two hours before the time they promised to be done by. I would highly recommend this team of installers.

As always, Nisair technicians and office staff are superb. Always friendly and informative. They explain everything clearly and make sure they understand my questions and concerns. Technician Rob is wonderful. Absolutely superlative customer service. Highly recommended.
