I originally just wanted to repair one section of my roof, but once they got up there, it was clear the plywood underneath the entire roof had failed and needed to be replaced. What was supposed to be a one-day job turned into two days, and they handled the unexpected situation without any drama and just got it done. Nissi Pro responded quickly when our roof had a leak after this past rainstorm. They were able to replace damaged pipe boots within a day or two of our call. I love that this company is family owned - they were respectful, considerate, thorough, and pricing was reasonable. (I did appreciate that they provided before/after photos and advised me of potential wear-and-tear areas that need to be addressed this spring). They even repaired a few other small areas while they were up there! Will definitely be calling them back for this!
