If I could give no star here I would. Completely incompetent, uneducated and disgruntle tech support. Couldn’t put parts in or position them correctly, couldn’t rewire my system, by passed the safety on my boiler, lied about parts needed and never serviced the problem I originally called them to come fix. After 14 years of oil delivery, you’d think a business would give more respect to their clients, as we called them the next morning regarding the above. Nope! We got a miserable, another uneducated, disrespectful, unprofessional and highly incompetent male who answered the phone oozing extreme rudeness and never owning to any of the errors. Or not even “Can we take another look and see how we can make this right?” Nothing!! We had to pay a 2nd tech elsewhere to come out as they left us wi

We’ve used Nite Oil for heating oil deliveries and boiler maintenance for many years and recommend them highly. Prices for oil and repairs are always reasonable and their crew did a great job installing a new boiler and indirect hot water tank after our original equipment needed replacement. They’re an honest and reliable company that has done a great job for us.

Overly priced, will never use them again. Affordable fuel in Seekonk, Ma if you’re looking for both affordable and friendly!

I've been a customer since moving to Tiverton in 2015. Besides the flawless automatic delivery of heating oil, they've also done my annual service. I needed the tank replaced soon after moving here, and they handled it all (including a new concrete pad) promptly. This year I've had to have two "emergency" repairs on my aging system. Both times, they responded promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!
