I think they are getting too big to have good customer service. I was on an auto fill and have run out of heating oil 2 times now. When you call no one knows anything. W can’t be 3-4 days out of heat. Even the operation manager doesn’t answer his phone. We had to find someone else to deliver oil that is reliable
