Nixon Exteriors and Chuck Nixon has been a nightmare for our family. On January 5, 2021, Nixon Exteriors installed a 7 inch super gutter to our house for $8,980. They fastened it to the fascia, with small 2 inch screws which was not to code. They failed to permit this job. As a result of poor workmanship and the small screws, on Saturday June 1st of 2024 the screen room of our house COLLAPSED in rain causing damage and requiring complete renovation and repair. I called the owner, Chuck Nixon, and he initially was concerned, told me he remembered the job and agreed to come out, was interested in personally seeing the damage, then did not show up. My first warning sign was when the owner, chuck Nixon, showed up on my doorstep asking for a large down payment reeking of booze. After a year and a half delay, followed my months of shoddy work, and one criminal act by Chuck, I am left with missing parts to my sliders, a broken lock, and a victimized wife. To this day he simply avoids my calls and emails, refusing to fix his mistakes. Avoid this contractor at all costs.

We used Nixon Exteriors for a super gutter in patio, and to remove and then replace the bottom portion of screen as we got our deck renovated. They always showed up when they were supposed to; Chuck was in touch via text, email, or phone and always available; the people doing the work were very polite and even thanked us for giving them the chance to do the work. They showed up three times total (our job needed to be done in phases) and each time they were fantastic. I would use them again in the future for sure. Based on the company we used for windows (didn't know Nixon did windows when we booked them) and pool, Nixon had the least issues

Several years ago, Nixon exteriors installed approximately 30 feet of super gutter on our home over our patio. It looked great and worked great - for a while. After the warranty had expired, the gutter began to leak at three seams. Even after two dry days, it continued to leak. I went on the roof and saw water sitting in the gutter and not flowing towards the downspout. Bottom line, the gutter was installed with no pitch, so the water simply sat in the gutter until it evaporated for the first few years - then started to leak out of the seams after it was out of warranty. Nixon Exteriors said they would send a servicemen to our house to seal the gutter, but at my cost.
