NJ Water and Mold

I recently had a nightmarish experience at my business. The underground plumbing explosion was extensive. I was in desperate need of help to remove yucky sewer water. I called and explained my situation to a rep from NJ Water and Mold removal. They were understanding, prompt and professional. The cost was very reasonable. It's been about 2 weeks now and the fresh lemony smell is still around. My customers are still commenting about how nice the aroma is.

I am grateful to have been referred to NJ Mold & Water. I helped a client list their property only to walk into their flooded basement. Norma quickly took my information when I called as it was an immediate emergency and she had Troy call me right away. He came out within the hour! I was very happy with Troy's knowledge, professionalism and how quickly he and his team came out to start cleaning up. He provided progress photos throughout (for insurance purposes too) covered all remaining/salvaged furniture and was willing to work through me on behalf of my clients. They even sent me a thank you card for referring my clients and that my friends is amazing customer service. NJ Water & Mold is now on my preferred vendors list.

Everyone was great. The team was very clear on what steps were being taken and very friendly in a stressful situation. Due to their quick response I didn’t not have to have my ceilings torn up. The drying was quick and a great solve for the flooding we had. I would use them again and highly recommend. I found them on google and used them as they had great reviews and definitely agree with them.

I had a waste line break which resulted in a basement flood. They got back to me that day and had a team at my house immediately. Very neat and professional. Highly recommend.

Dennis and his team handled a furnace puffback at our home in a speedy and professional manner. The damages throughout the home were extreme and devastating. NJ Water and Mold handled every aspect of the stripping and cleaning with great expertise. Dennis also helped us manage our insurance claim. Great team!
