NJM Roof & Gutter Cleaning

They did a great job cleaning the moss from my roof and 4yrs worth of debris from my gutters. Communication was great! In fact, he contacted me and asked if he could even come an hour early, which was welcomed. Super friendly and quick. He finished the whole job in less than 90 minutes. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend NJM Roof And Gutter for your Roof And Gutter cleaning needs. I’ve used them for several years at our house and shop located in Warren Oregon. I have them out at least twice a year for seasonal roof and gutter cleaning in addition to full moss prevention. They’ve always done an excellent job. Cam and his team are always professional, courteous, and efficient. Their price is exactly what they quoted performing a thorough process including clearing all the debris from the roof, gutters, and sidewalk area. Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely be using them in the future.

They were easy to schedule, and showed up on time ready to clean my shop gutters. I don't clean 16' gutters! It was pouring rain and the crew inspected and cleaned the gutters. Thanks for a job well done. They noted a few screws were needing repair and offered to show me the video they took. Very nice experience. Now I need to get the gutter screws replaced.

I originally gave this company one star because I was under the impression that when you pay for moss removal that they completely remove all the moss off the shingles. When I saw that all the moss I had was still there I left the review. After leaving the review the owner messaged me and explained that if the moss is too small to remove such as on my roof they leave it and apply the moss killer granules and it will kill the moss. He stated in some cases brushing off small pieces of moss along the edges of the shingles could cause damage and granular loss. I have updated to 4 stars as they did contact me and explained why the moss wasn’t removed and also scheduled a time to come out again to reapply the moss killer as mine got rinsed off after a heavy day of rain.

NJM cleaned a LOT of moss off both my house and garage in Scappoose. Angel worked really hard and did a very good job.NJM was great about keeping me apprised of the appointment and arrival time. I have already recommended them to a friend.
