NL Concrete inc

While working on my project “Adding a Footings Under Pavers” they cut and capped a sprinkler line. When I asked why, I was told to read line #9 in the contract “ 9- Customers must remove or reroute any unwanted sprinkler or irrigation in Pad area” Okay that’s fine… BUT they didn’t cut and cap the other 2 sprinkler lines. After inspection of the cut line, it appears to have been hit by a shovel, so rather than correct/fix their mistake, they just cut and capped it. I did share this information with someone in the company “Ketty” but nothing was offered to resolve. They just started on this project, let’s see the outcome.

Had NL concrete do a footing and pavers for a new screened in lanai. The crew was very professional ,and thorough. They left my yard clean and my patio looked great. They show up early when they are scheduled , and work like gentleman. The price is very competitive , and I would refer them to anyone that I know.
