No Bugs Exterminator

Thom is a top-notch pest control specialist! And is one of the most genuine guys in the industry. He came to inspect a situation I had going on at the house, took his time, offered detailed advice, and didn’t take a penny. Really a great guy in the business of looking out for his community! I plan to use No Bugs for all my pest control needs moving forward!

Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Fair, reasonable prices, fast, friendly and THOROUGH service. He went all around the area and identified additional nests, removed them and all for a very reasonable fee. My only complaint was that endless harassment for payment. I was under the impression that most services are paid within a 30 day framework. This guy was hounding me on the same day and pretty much every day after for 7 days until I paid him. Yikes. Otherwise, he does a great job but the payment demands were a little much However, he will make sure those pests are removed! So it was worth the harassment. He was very thorough!

Thom + his team were amazing. Very professional + provided me with a quote that made the most sense for my situation. Clearly I was not being gouged. Thom put the client first. Moreover, our pest problem was taken care of in almost 24 hours. Great service, very responsive, very good at their job. Highly recommend.

I have used a lot of exterminators for by properties, but No Bugs Exterminator is the best I have seen. The owner is the nicest person in the world, he doesn’t rush anything, and is very thorough in job. The chemicals he uses are not watered down like other exterminator do, and his timing is impeccable, when he says 10a he is there at 9:55a. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed
