I called Alex from No Bugs Left Behind, so that I could get an estimate for my home. Alex was very polite and the estimate was free. he pointed out various entry points around my doors and windows that he advise I seal. I asked if he could do that for me he said he would be happy to do so. He gave me a free estimate, the same day I had him come start the service and since Feb 2014 I have not seen a bug in my house. Very Professional, very educational, and on point, never late to my appointments and always very friendly and affordable. a lot cheaper than the other company's that came to give me an estimate. I was told there would be 3 treatments for bug removal. The company charged for 3 services, only performed 2 of them and had one remaining. After the 2nd treatment the problem still wasn't resolved and they told me that the contractor left and we would need to pay for another treatment. They don't hold up to their end of the services, require babysitting for what's contracted and attempt to scam you into another program blaming their lack of ability to manage their company on change of contractors. Be careful about doing business with them.

My wife and I moved into a community in Deerfield Beach. We have a maintence contract through the community for a pest control company. Unfortunately after several spraying attempts the ants and palmetto bugs kept coming back. I called Alex from No Bugs Left Behind and let me tell you he sprayed one time and poof no more bugs. Now we are just doing prevention for the future. He is reliable, fast and does a very thorough job. I would not trust anyone else but No Bugs Left Behind!

I called this "company" they never got back to me. I called them a second time, I was told someone would call me for a date and time and once again they never called. I went with another company who got the job done. (((Extremely unreliable))).
